Questions, bug reports, billing issues, or feedback — we read everything. Email us at support@runway31.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can, usually within one business day.

When reporting a problem, including the email address on your account and a short description of what you were doing helps us resolve it faster.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple. You can view, change, or cancel them in your device’s Settings under your Apple Account, or via Apple Support. For anything else billing-related, email support@runway31.com.

Account and data

  • You can edit your profile, pilot details, and personal minimums directly in the app.
  • You can request deletion of your account and data at any time from within the app or by emailing support@runway31.com.
  • For details on what we collect and how we handle it, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

A note for pilots

iamSafer is a planning and decision-support tool. It does not replace an official weather briefing or your responsibilities as pilot in command. If you spot data in the app that looks wrong, please tell us at support@runway31.com — accuracy reports go to the top of the queue.
